Holmes is a suburb of Northern Territory, Northern Territory and is about 12 kms northeast of NT's capital city of Darwin. Holmes Jungle Nature Park protects large numbers of birds, mammals and reptiles that seek refuge in the cool monsoon rainforest. The hilltop area in Holmes Jungle Nature Park overlooks the wetlands and surrounding bushland and is an ideal spot for a picnic.
